Job Role: Technical Support

This varied role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st line support for Mobile, IP Phone Systems & Cloud based IT solutions
  • Provisioning orders for new IP phone systems & Broadband orders
  • Answering and dealing with customer telephone calls & emails
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and supplier contacts
  • Provisioning orders for Office 365 & other software solutions (MDM)
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to book and agree installation dates

We are looking for somebody with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good organisation and ability to multitask
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A team player and can do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
  • Good standard of literacy in written English
