Provisioning Executive Advisor

Connect Total Communications are one of the UK's largest independent providers of mobile, fixed line and cloud based IT & software solutions, with offices in England, Scotland & Northern Ireland. You will be based in our Lewes office and we provide an excellent working environment and exciting career progression.

This varied role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Provisioning and delivery of customer orders for Fixed Line, Broadband & IP Phone Systems
  • Project management of customer orders, including providing detailed updates to customers via telephone and email
  • Ensuring all orders are kept fully updated with accurate notes on our CRM system
  • Accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with our own SLAs and customer requirements
  • Efficiently monitor and self-manage work flows internally and with third parties
  • Liaise with carriers, networks and suppliers to ensure any delays or issues are quickly identified and resolved

We are looking for somebody with the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
  • Good standard of literacy in written English
